Personal Information
Your information will not be stored for future orders and you will have to fill in your information each time you order with us. You will be asked for your shipping address, billing address and credit card information each time you "check-out" with us.

Shipments:
Most orders are shipped same day.

Backorders:
If an item must be back ordered, you will receive notification with your shipment. All back orders will automatically be cancelled five weeks after the order date unless we are notified by the buyer to keep the back order active.

Refusals and Returns:
If a order is returned or refused By a retail customer there is a 20% restocking fee. If order is refused by a wholesale customer, the wholesale customer will be charged for the outgoing freight and a restocking charge of 25% of dollar amount of the order. Minimum restocking charge is $50.

Special Orders/ Club Orders:
Due to the Exclusive nature of a Special order , There is a 50% cancellation charge on all Special orders. We consider all Club Orders or orders over 5 peices of any one Style a Special Order if not Placed by a Registered Dealer.Also a Special order is a order with special instructions/ Custom Work.Special Orders can Take up to 16 weeks to complete depending on the time of year.

Our Guarantee
Our lifetime guarantee "Guaranteed 4 Life" covers the workmanship and materials on all of our American made chaps, jackets, vests and pants as long as you own them. This includes any problem with snaps, zippers, seams and grommets that arise due to normal use of the garment. If you have any problem please e-mail us or call 1-888-663-7063. We will arrange to have your garment repaired locally or sent back to us. Our guarantee does not cover the liner or any hardware attached to the liner. Any garments that have been abused (accidents, knife fights, failure to properly maintain the garment) will not be covered. Gloves and and items in our accessories section are not covered.Garments that have had pins or patches installed can be repaired but not replaced.
We Can Also Replace your Lining of any age Leather at a minimal charge.
